Sales and delivery conditions
GENERAL
We work with a document for formalizing the Sales and Delivery conditions. This will take a couple of days, but I will list the basic rules for order and delivery.
ORDER
When you want to order you must use a formula like the one we have sent to you, (You can use your own standard if you want). This must be faxed to our office +47 51 74 10 10 or emailed to sales@electrocompaniet.no with a signature from the managing director in your company. The order formula is valid for maximum 3 months. When we receive the order we will prepare the shipment for you. If the products are in stock, the delivery will be ready for shipment after 2-3 workdays. If the products are not in stock, Electrocompaniet will use all available resources to deliver ASAP. After 3 months you can cancel the order, even if Electrocompaniet has started the production.
This right to cancel the order is added to show you that we take delivery time seriously.
PAYMENT
When the gods are ready for shipping we will ask for payment. This can take form as Prepaid, LC (letter of credit), or after special agreement 30 days credit. For you safety Electrocompaniet gives Ram burs (bank guaranty) for prepaid money if necessary. A small fee will be added to the total price for this service.
